We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, test boldly, and drive results. With 2–4 years of hands-on experience, you’ll bring ideas to life across Google Ads, Meta, and more — all while helping reshape education for thousands of students across Australia.

We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What you'll do

  • Launch, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, and beyond)
  • Collaborate with the Content team on visuals, copy and landing pages
  • Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Meta Suite and dashboards
  • Execute A/B tests and iterate based on data
  • Own funnel strategy, customer segmentation and retargeting
  • Coordinate with external agencies (if applicable) and report on results
  • Stay across trends and platform changes
  • Jump into broader marketing projects if you’re keen to contribute

Academic Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (a bonus, not a must)

Personal Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Proven skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4
  • Familiarity with CRMs, email platforms and lifecycle campaigns
  • Curious mindset and comfort with fast-paced change
  • Experience in education or high-growth environments (nice to have)
