As our Sales Team Leader, you won’t just oversee the sales process, you’ll be hands-on in guiding, coaching, and motivating our Sales Representatives to connect with families in a way that’s genuine, helpful, and results-driven. You’ll refine our sales approach, keep the team firing on all cylinders, and ensure every family feels confident and cared for as they begin their journey with us.

We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

As the Sales Team Leader at Contour Education, you’ll lead a motivated team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, primarily focused on warm and hot leads. Your role will be a mix of leadership, coaching, and strategic improvement to ensure the team achieves and exceeds enrolment targets while providing an exceptional experience for every family.
Full time 38 hours per week. Working hours span weekdays from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ongoing professional development is supported, and high achievers have strong career growth pathways within our leadership team.

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 110,000 AUD per year (Melbourne CBD)
