Who are you?
We’re looking for certified Court Reporters who have a track record of delivering high-quality and accurate transcripts on a reliable timetable, and who will represent Steno with professionalism and warmth toward the entire legal community.

You are reliable and capable of handling complex, fast-paced work
You have impeccable attention-to-detail and a client-service mindset
You have strong communication skills and you know how to adjust your approach based on the audience
What happens next?
As part of this application, you should upload your rate card/rate information into the system by completing our Court Reporter intake questionnaire
Once you apply, we’ll review your rates and, if you’re a good fit for Steno, we’ll contact you to discuss your rates
Once your rates are accepted, we’ll onboard you into our system, provide some training and support, and make job information available to you asap
After your job is completed (you’ve submitted the job transcript and invoice), you should expect to receive payment from Steno within 10 business days

The Provider Operations team is the court reporter’s and the interpreter’s best friend, always working to get the professional on the right job every time, and keeping them cared for all along the way. Our recruiting, rates and relationship staff brings reporters and interpreters into Steno and provides them all of the tools they need to have their best Steno experience. Our calendar staff manages the breadth of Steno's jobs, and ensures they are covered completely and correctly.
Our Provider Operations team drives and refines our reporter and interpreter base, ensuring a quality experience in deposition for all involved, with the ultimate goal of ensuring Steno continues to be a top court reporting and litigation support services agency for our law firm clients.
