Job Summary
As Copado expands its reach into the multi-cloud ecosystem, the Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect & Senior Manager will be the cornerstone of our engineering excellence and leadership in the APAC region. This role is responsible for architecting and leading the development of our most complex multi-cloud products, including MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Commerce, and Marketing Cloud, as well as specialized deployment engines for nCino and CPQ.
The mission is to bridge the gap between high-level product vision and robust technical execution. You will serve as the Head of the Jaipur Engineering Team, ensuring that our "Data Deployer" and multi-cloud integration suites are built on scalable, secure, and modern Salesforce patterns while driving a culture of high performance and professional growth. You are a Fullstack-capable visionary who understands how to weave Salesforce DX, AI (Agentforce), and modern web stacks (Angular/Node) into a seamless enterprise DevOps platform using containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Cloud Architecture Authority Established: Defined and documented the reference architecture for Data Cloud and Agentforce integrations within the Copado ecosystem.
- People Leadership & Jaipur Site Success: Successfully led, managed, and grew a team of 10+ engineers in Jaipur, achieving high employee engagement and retention.
- Reduced Deployment Friction: Oversaw the technical roadmap for nCino and CPQ deployment logic, reducing deployment error rates by 20%.
- Engineering Delivery Excellence: Achieved 90%+ on-time delivery for sprint commitments through effective Agile/Scrum orchestration and resource management.
- Advanced CI/CD & DX Implementation: Architected a unified SFDX-based pipeline that supports complex package dependencies and multi-cloud metadata types.
- Fullstack & Container Synergy: Standardized development environments using Docker, ensuring consistency across the Jaipur and global teams.
- AI & Agentforce Innovation: Successfully moved at least two major AI-driven features into production, improving customer implementation speed.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Competencies
- Salesforce Mastery: 10+ years of experience. Expert in Apex design patterns, LWC, and the "Architect mindset" across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds.
- Data Cloud & Integration: Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) for complex, high-scale integration patterns.
- DevOps & DX: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce DX, CLI, second-generation packaging (2GP), and sophisticated Git-flow/Pipeline management.
- Docker & Containerization: Proficient in Docker image management, including creating custom Dockerfiles for CI/CD runners.
- Fullstack Fluency: Proficient in Angular for UI, Python/Node.js for services, and Bash for automation.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS regarding API security and SaaS scalability.
- Data Architecture: Expert in handling Large Data Volumes (LDV) and specialized schema knowledge for nCino and CPQ.
