About the Role
As a core member of the People Strategy & Development team, the Senior People Business Partner (PBP) occupies a critical bridging role that actively aligns business partner strategy with global development programming.
In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic talent advisor to assigned Copado business units, partnering closely with leaders to execute on business strategy. Simultaneously, you will serve as the global programmatic architect of Copado’s learning journey.
Rather than designing programs in a vacuum, you will translate real-world organizational design challenges, talent bottlenecks, and business unit needs directly into scalable, year-over-year development solutions. Specifically, you will design and own Copado’s master global L&D strategy, career pathing frameworks, and continuous learning roadmaps for both Individual Contributors (ICs) and Leadership—ensuring our developmental programming directly drives operational success and career progression across the company.

- Champion a culture of inclusion and belonging, equipping leaders with the tools to build equitable, high-trust teams
Global Program Ownership — L&D Strategy & Career Pathing:
- The Learning Roadmap: Design, build, and maintain Copado’s master global learning roadmap, ensuring year-over-year continuous development for all employee cohorts.
- Career Pathing & Success Architecture: Architect the long-term career pathing frameworks that align directly with Radford leveling
- The Technical/Management Crossroads: Co-design and implement the specific career crossroads, ensuring highly advanced technical ICs have clear, prestigious growth tracks that mirror management levels in organizational hierarchy and internal equity.
Engagement-to-L&D Feedback Loop: Overhaul and manage Copado's continuous global Engagement & Pulse Strategy. Use localized pulse survey data to actively identify skills gaps and organizational friction, directly informing future iterations of the global learning roadmap.
