Copado

Senior People Business Partner

About Copado

Copado is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, revolutionizing how the world's largest organizations achieve success in their Salesforce deployments. Our mission is to accelerate the Salesforce development lifecycle, support digital transformation, and deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.

About the Role
As a core member of the People Strategy & Development team, the Senior People Business Partner (PBP) occupies a critical bridging role that actively aligns business partner strategy with global development programming.

In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic talent advisor to assigned Copado business units, partnering closely with leaders to execute on business strategy. Simultaneously, you will serve as the global programmatic architect of Copado’s learning journey.

Rather than designing programs in a vacuum, you will translate real-world organizational design challenges, talent bottlenecks, and business unit needs directly into scalable, year-over-year development solutions. Specifically, you will design and own Copado’s master global L&D strategy, career pathing frameworks, and continuous learning roadmaps for both Individual Contributors (ICs) and Leadership—ensuring our developmental programming directly drives operational success and career progression across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Business Partner Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leaders, diagnosing organizational health, resolving sensitive employee relations, and designing AI-agentic organizational structures that foster inclusion and high-trust teams
  • Global L&D Strategy & Career Pathing: Architect Copado's master global learning roadmap and Radford-aligned career pathing frameworks, establishing dedicated, prestigious growth tracks for advanced technical individual contributors
  • Engagement & Continuous Feedback: Overhaul and manage the global Engagement & Pulse Strategy, using localized survey data to identify skills gaps and directly shape future learning initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Strategic HRBP Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years operating as a trusted strategic HRBP to senior executives in a growing B2B tech/software company (ideally scaling from 300 to 700 employees)
  • Global Scope & Systems: Proven track record supporting distributed, global teams across time zones, with hands-on familiarity with modern HRIS and engagement platforms
  • Education & Business Acumen: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or MBA preferred), combined with a strong forward-looking lens on organizational design, executive presence, and workforce analytics

Benefits
Copado offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Wellness Perks
