The role:
We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to work at the intersection of sales and marketing operations. Coram runs a modern GTM operations function where the boundaries between sales and marketing are intentionally blurred, and the ops stack is highly AI-native.
The ideal candidate will have a builder’s mindset: someone who likes to get their hands dirty, has a strong track record of building and scaling operations, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. This role has the potential to expand into building and managing a team while taking significant ownership of GTM operations.
