The Role


We’re seeking a Demand Generation specialist to drive go-to-market messaging and positioning for Coram. This role involves working closely with our Demand Generation team in the US to launch marketing campaigns and generate top-of-funnel leads. It requires a combination of hands-on execution and strategic thinking to understand the US physical security market, target ICPs, and develop effective messaging and campaign strategies. Executing campaigns, iterating, and measuring success are equally important aspects of this role. This role is based in Bengaluru, India.


Responsibilities

  • Own and execute campaigns end-to-end to generate top-of-funnel leads.
  • Drive the growth of organic and social channels for customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team (CEO and VP of Sales) to forecast pipeline generation needs from marketing.
  • Oversee product messaging across the website, email, and social channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Coram product and competitive landscape, positioning Coram to stand out from the competition and effectively communicate the product value proposition to target audiences.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience at a technology startup
  • Excited about working hard in a fast-moving startup
  • Experience with marketing ops and tools such as Hubspot.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
