The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated GTM operations specialist to join our team and play a critical role in building our sales process and the tools. The Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, find gaps in the sales process, implement new processes in the CRM and related tools, and effectively communicate to the team.

This is an onsite role with the option to be based in either our San Francisco or Sunnyvale office.

Responsibilities:

• Build workflows to automate parts of the GTM operations, encompassing both pre- and post-sales activities
• Build dashboards to report key metrics and derive insights for the sales team
• Build workflows using low or no-code frameworks like Zapier, Vercel, and Cursor

You'll also support with:

• Post-sales optimization, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Pre-sales deal management, analytics, pipeline management
• Top of funnel lead scoring, marketing campaign management

Skills and qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in one or more of the following: Zapier, Cursor, Vercel, and Supabase
• Strong problem-solving skills
• (Good to have) Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
• (Good to have) Python programming language
