We’re seeking a results-driven Distributor Sales Manager to own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to contract execution—with a focus on growing our Distributor channel. This is a high-impact role ideal for a skilled relationship builder with strong industry knowledge and a hunter mentality.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of Distributor prospects and existing accounts.
• Conduct outbound lead generation via phone, email, and in-person outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into long-term customers.
• Understand client goals and ATM strategy to tailor solutions effectively.
• Prepare proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and negotiate contracts.
• Track all activity and opportunity stages in Salesforce CRM.
• Develop financial models (ROI, profitability) to support deal structuring.
• Represent CORD at industry conferences and networking events.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of sales experience in the ATM, financial tech, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and closing B2B sales pipelines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel 5–7 times annually.
