Chief Information Officer (CIO)

FWI Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to oversee IT operations, lead our technology strategy, and ensure that our systems and processes support the company’s continued growth and innovation.  This is a high-impact executive role suited for a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and a proven ability to align technology with business objectives.


FWI Holdings subsidiaries, CORD Financial Services and Digital Network Solutions, are flagship providers of ATM solutions and cloud-based transaction processing.


  • CORD delivers cutting-edge ATM hardware, the full spectrum of ATM services, and uncommonly exception customer service to its Retail customers.
  • For its broad network of Distributor customers, CORD provides a deep range of parts and equipment, repair services, and transaction processing.
  • Digital Network Solutions provides integrated ATM transaction processing and state-of-the-art business management solutions, including Transact, our proprietary dashboard known for combining usability and functionality to empower its customers to manage and scale their ATM businesses.

What You'll Do:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • The Company currently uses a managed services provider (MSP) to manage IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.  The CIO will be responsible for the MSP relationship and will oversee all aspects of their work.
  • Lead digital initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business value.
  • Establish IT budgets, manage costs, and ensure a strong return on technology investments.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the business.

What You Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred) or commensurate work experience, preferably in the ATM or Payments Industry.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Strong background in IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
  • History of aligning technology with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and large-scale technology projects.
