Join Core Education as a Business Development Representative and play a pivotal role in driving our growth through strategic partner acquisition. We're seeking a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, analyzing data, and converting prospects into valuable partners. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth while working with cutting-edge educational solutions.
What you'll do
Drive Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through acquisition of net new partner relationships
- Focus on new logo acquisition with full ownership attribution validated by EVP
- Generate measurable in-year revenue through strategic deal closure
Sales Pipeline Excellence
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive new partner and affiliate acquisition
- Actively manage individual sales pipeline with detailed conversion tracking
- Oversee Letters of Engagement (LOEs) and maintain accurate documentation in HubSpot and SharePoint
- Collaborate cross-departmentally and engage subject matter experts to support deal closure
Strategic Prospect Engagement
- Design and implement strategic email campaigns to engage and convert high-quality leads
- Lead prospect meetings to present tailored solutions and build lasting relationships
- Conduct comprehensive follow-up and debrief sessions to refine approach and capture insights
- Distribute current sales collateral and maintain prospect communication workflows
Conference & Event Leadership
- Represent Core Education at key industry conferences with full ownership of lead generation
- Manage conference logistics including budgets, speaking opportunities, and exhibit coordination
- Capture and analyze conference data to inform broader outreach strategies and reporting
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Conduct deep institutional lead scoring using comprehensive data analysis
- Develop opportunity frameworks to prioritize high-value prospects
- Utilize research to inform relationship mapping and strategic outreach
Qualifications
- Proven track record in consultative sales with demonstrated revenue achievement
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level prospects
- Advanced data analysis skills for lead scoring and opportunity assessment
- Self-starter mentality with genuine growth mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales pipeline management
