About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Slate Practice to lead our efforts in consulting and service delivery for colleges and universities. This role is pivotal in shaping and growing our Slate Practice, ensuring that we provide cutting-edge solutions and unparalleled expertise to our clients in higher education. The Director will work closely with our internal team to refine service offerings, collaborate with clients to optimize their Slate instances, and drive the strategic direction of our Slate Practice. What you'll do
Consulting Expertise:
- Provide expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of Slate for higher education institutions.
- Assist client institutions in leveraging Slate to enhance admissions, retention, and advancement workflows.
- Offer strategic consulting to maximize the value of Slate for colleges and universities.
- Service Delivery:
- Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional Slate services tailored to their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the Slate Practice Manager and team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
- Practice Development:
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of our internal Slate Practice capabilities.
- Help define service offerings, create training materials, and establish support structures for the Slate team.
- Drive the strategic direction of the Slate Practice, ensuring we remain leaders in innovation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in the implementation and optimization of Slate in a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of admissions, retention, and advancement workflows within colleges and universities.
- Experience consulting with higher education institutions on technology and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to the development of scalable service offerings and internal processes.
