Your Mission

As the Practice Area Lead – Financial Transformation, you will architect, build, and scale a comprehensive financial practice that becomes the gold standard for higher education institutions. You will:

  • Build a Scalable Business: Develop a portfolio of innovative, revenue-generating financial products and services that meet client needs while driving exponential growth for Core.
  • Lead Strategic Growth: Oversee a multimillion-dollar practice, setting the vision and executing strategies that establish Core as the premier partner for financial transformation in higher education.
  • Navigate Complexity: Spearhead complex initiatives like M&A strategy, value-based budgeting, and sustainable financial modeling, delivering measurable outcomes for institutions.
  • Create Integrated Solutions: Collaborate across practice areas (HR, IT, Operations) to deliver holistic solutions that drive institutional growth and resilience.
  • Expand Thought Leadership: Represent Core on a national stage, positioning the Financial Transformation Practice as a go-to resource for higher education leaders.
  • Deliver Impact at Scale: Partner with institutional Presidents, CFOs, and Boards, shaping decisions that unlock operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term success.
