Position Overview:


The Property Claims Concierge will serve as the dedicated liaison between insurance adjusters and

contractors handling new property damage insurance claims.. This role involves providing exceptional, white-

glove customer service to homeowners, insurance adjusters, and contractors, ensuring that each step of the

claims and repair process is seamless and stress-free. The ideal candidate anticipates client needs, communicates proactively, and swiftly resolves issues, always aiming to exceed expectations. By maintaining

clear and empathetic communication, the Claims Concierge ensures that all parties feel supported and

informed, leading to outstanding service delivery from the initial claim filing through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between insurance adjusters and contractors, delivering personalized, white-glove service.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and address concerns to ensure a seamless claims process.
  • Coordinate projects by prioritizing potentially problematic claims and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication between all parties, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, decisions, and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalency. Some college or trade certifications are preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role within the property insurance or construction industry.
    • Experience working with High Net Worth clients is highly preferred.
    • Claim handling experience is preferred but not required.
