This position is responsible for the following duties:

• Monitor and respond to assigned channels in Teams
• Complete coverage checks for orthotics, braces and other DME
• Coordinate authorizations and orders for DME
• Start, monitor and complete Medication Prior Authorization requests
• Complete and track hospital and facility census/scheduling visits
• Coordinate and maintain communication with vendors
• Complete Heart House requests
• Other administrative tasks as required

1 year of medical office experience REQUIRED

1 year of insurance verification experience REQUIRED
