  • Support the rate filing process, ensuring actuarial documentation aligns with regulatory standards.
  • Translate technical results into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Leverage data and automation tools to enhance actuarial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in a fast-paced environment with evolving goals.
  • Assist with Reinsurance and Capacity Monitoring as needed.
  • Serve as a thought partner across Insurance, Growth, and Finance departments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to refine underwriting models, improve risk segmentation, and enhance pricing accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for full direction.

What will make you stand out:

  • Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Python, or R.
  • Extensive knowledge of pricing E&S (Excess & Surplus) business.
  • Predictive modeling (e.g., GLMs or machine learning applications in pricing or risk selection) experience.
