The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated Part-Time Cold Calling Sales Representative to help launch an exciting new service offering. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our founder and CEO while making a meaningful impact on growing businesses that need strategic financial guidance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 15-20 strategic cold calls per hour to targeted prospects using our ZoomInfo + HubSpot lead generation system
- Augment your calling with strategic email and LinkedIn outreach to create multiple touchpoints
- Help refine and evolve our outreach messaging and strategy across all channels based on real-world feedback and results
- Identify and qualify prospective clients who would benefit from our CFO expertise
- Document prospect feedback to help improve our value proposition
- Schedule discovery calls for qualified prospects with our leadership team
- Contribute to the development of our sales process during this exciting growth phase
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proven comfort with cold calling and the resilience to persevere through rejection
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and communicate complex value propositions clearly
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while following structured processes

- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)

Position Details
- Part-time position: 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Compensation: A Performance-Driven Partnership
- Ramp-Up Guarantee: To ensure your success, you’ll start with a guaranteed base of $40/hour. This provides stability as you learn our systems and master the script during the initial months.
- Transition to High-Commission: The base rate is designed to transition towards a floor of $10/hour as your commission earnings rapidly grow and become the primary component of your pay.
- Lucrative Commission: You'll earn 10% of the first year's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for every new client you bring in. With our model, just a few successful deals a month can significantly outperform a traditional hourly rate.
- Earning Potential: A successful rep will quickly build a pipeline that allows them to maintain an effective hourly rate far exceeding $40/hour, with a clear path to doubling that within the first year. We provide the targets and the tools; you bring the drive.

Performance Expectations
- Activity: Maintain a consistent volume of approximately 15 strategic calls per hour.
- Results: Target of securing 2-5 new clients per month.
