About the role

• We’re looking for a service driven Counter Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll assist customers by helping them find the right products, offering knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring a smooth, solution-focused experience from start to finish. We are seeking a personable, professional candidate that thrives on solving problems while delivering excellent customer service.
  
  You’ll need strong product knowledge (or the willingness to learn), the ability to explain technical features and applications, and a proactive approach to sales, including special orders when needed. We're looking for a candidate who enjoys helping others, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to drive both customer satisfaction and company success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or higher.
• Related job experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Industrial sales.
