About the Role
As CoVet expands globally, we need a consistent, high-quality localised experience across our product and customer touchpoints. We’re looking for a Project Manager – Localisation to coordinate the full localisation lifecycle, bringing together Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and external vendors to deliver localised, culturally resonant content on time and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run localisation projects end-to-end across product UI, marketing, lifecycle communications and help content.
  • Define and champion localisation best practices across the organisation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to support global readiness.
  • Own and manage localisation roadmaps, priorities, timelines and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and cultural appropriateness of localised content.
  • Establish scalable localisation workflows, leveraging automation tools where appropriate.
  • Run linguistic QA and in-context testing by coordinating reviews, triaging issues and securing sign-off for releases.
  • Set up feedback loops with in-market stakeholders and internal teams to continuously improve translation quality and the user experience.
  • Support the coordination of external language vendors, agencies and freelancers as needed.


Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in localisation and/or localisation project/programme management.
  • Experience localising both product UI and marketing content in a high-growth, multilingual environment.
  • Hands-on experience with localisation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A global mindset with strong sensitivity to cultural nuances.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with machine translation and linguistic quality metrics.
  • Experience working in SaaS, mobile apps, gaming or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with internationalisation concepts and working closely with engineering teams.
