About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our AI-powered copilot app. In this role, you will outline and execute the product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the roadmap to deliver innovative AI solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will be at the intersection of AI, business, user experience, and design ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and market trends.
• Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Work closely with the engineering team to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Partner with UX, marketing, sales, and veterinary support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.
• Define and track key product performance metrics such as customer engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
• Lead development cycles, manage backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to refine features and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, compliance regulations, and data privacy laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or cloud-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, APIs, and their practical applications in SaaS environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced tech startups or enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience considerations.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of a growing start-up. 
• Must be adaptable, resourceful, and willing to wear multiple hats as the business scales.
