About the role
As the Head of Enterprise, you will lead and manage CoVet's enterprise sales and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth within the enterprise sector, fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic planning, and team management.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the veterinary industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of enterprise initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on enterprise sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 8 years in enterprise sales or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and strategies.
- Experience in the vet/pet industry is preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and other sales tools.
