About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Lead, Enterprise Account Manager to oversee and drive the success of enterprise rollouts within the veterinary industry. This role is focused on account management, implementation, and customer adoption. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments, ensuring smooth execution from contract phase through full adoption.
As the primary liaison for enterprise customers, you will work cross-functionally to implement solutions, drive growth, and optimize organizational efficiency. Your ability to execute and manage complex rollouts will be key in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring long-term success.
What you'll do
- Oversee the successful rollout of enterprise solutions in the veterinary industry, ensuring seamless implementation and high adoption rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for existing accounts, maximizing customer value and retention.
- Guide enterprise customers through each phase of implementation, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
- Manage multiple enterprise accounts and rollouts from contract phase through full adoption.
- Develop and manage implementation roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution within established timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including product, training, and customer success—to optimize rollout efficiency.
- Ensure customers are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported throughout the adoption process.
- Lead enterprise clients through structured onboarding and adoption phases to maximize product utilization.
- Identify and address any challenges in implementation, working proactively to resolve issues.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to enhance the rollout process.
- Foster customer engagement, ensuring organizations fully integrate and adopt the solution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product teams, to align enterprise solutions with customer needs.
- Guide enterprise clients through the contract phase, ensuring clear expectations and smooth transitions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage the full potential of the solution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise account management experience, preferably in the veterinary industry or a related field.
- Proven experience managing enterprise rollouts, with a track record of successful implementations.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage complex deployments.
- Ability to navigate contract phases and guide clients from implementation to adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and project management platforms.
