About the role
The Marketing Design Manager will elevate CoVet’s visual identity and increase design output across campaigns, sales enablement, and brand assets. This role ensures that CoVet’s fast global expansion is supported by a consistent and modern design language across every touchpoint, from website to video ads.
They’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to scale CoVet’s brand system, ensuring visual quality and consistency across web, print, and motion.
What you'll do
- Design Leadership:
 Oversee CoVet’s marketing and brand visuals, ensuring consistency across global markets, from web pages to product one-pagers. - Production Management:
 Manage end-to-end production of marketing and sales assets (ads, brochures, product guides, videos, pitch decks, social posts). - Brand Consistency:
 Own and evolve CoVet’s design guidelines, colour palette, typography, iconography, motion templates, to reflect a cohesive and modern look across all materials. - Advertising & Video Design:
 Produce short-form promotional videos, product animations, and advertising visuals that modernize CoVet’s presence across paid and organic channels. - Collaboration with Product & Web Teams:
 Work closely with the Marketing Manager on website design and functionality, ensuring the brand identity translates effectively to digital experiences. - Localization Support:
 Adapt design assets for regional markets and partner campaigns (e.g., FR, NL, UK, AU) with accurate language and brand fidelity. 
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Brand consistency across channels (visual audits, internal feedback)
 - Volume and turnaround time of produced assets
 - Engagement rates on design-led campaigns (ads, videos, social)
 - Collaboration efficiency with internal and external teams
 - Quality of localized design outputs
 
Ideal Candidate
You’re a creative systems thinker, able to design beautiful assets while maintaining consistency at scale. You understand how design impacts marketing performance and are motivated to build a cohesive, globally recognized brand. Has worked in a small design agency, at all levels of production, across multiple clients. 
Qualifications
- ~10 years of experience in Website development, branding, graphic and product design
 - Agency background and/ or tech start-up
 - Experience in owning brand creation from scratch
 - Previous team management experience is a plus

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 105,000 CAD per year (Remote (Canada))
