The mission of the Finance Intern at Cozey

As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance team with sales reporting and operational finance analysis, assist with accounts payable processes, and contribute to inventory valuation and month-end close activities. You’ll collaborate across teams to solve problems and improve reporting and workflows.

What you'll be doing

• Perform operational and financial analysis (costs and operational KPI).
• Support accounts payable tasks (invoice coding, vendor follow-ups, and reconciliations).
• Data entry and inventory valuation.
• Support month-end close, including analysis and preparation of journal entries.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and related tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to think creatively, work independently, and collaborate through clear communication.
