The mission of the Manager, Social Media at Cozey
As the Manager, Social Media at Cozey, you will be the creative force behind our online presence, shaping and executing social media strategies that amplify our brand, foster meaningful engagement, and build an active, loyal community. You will be creating brand building content creation, leading community management, and using data-driven insights to drive awareness and support our broader marketing goals.
What you'll be doing
Strategic Development:
Create innovative social media strategies that build the Cozey brand and connect with our target audiences to drive brand awareness. Across all social platforms you will create high engagement content that drives growth cementing Cozey’s leadership position as an innovative, community focused brand connecting with our target audiences and customers.
Content Creation:
Design and produce captivating content published daily, including videos, graphics, and visuals tailored for platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our community creating clear briefs for partners / content creators.
Content Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all channels.
Community Engagement:
Collaborate with the Customer Happiness team to ensure the community is nurtured and engaged.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and daily evaluation of engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on data with regular weekly reporting.
Trendspotting:
Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating fresh ideas and approaches to keep Cozey’s content engaging and relevant.
