What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Ensure that daily core activities (receiving, picking, staging, and shipping) are completed on time and in full 
  • Supervise, train, and manage all warehouse clerks in the execution of core activities 
  • Assist the FC Manager with various initiatives and ensure that the fulfillment center meets the KPIs established by HQ management 
  • Ensure that safety measures and warehouse rules are clearly communicated and followed by all employees 
  • Take ownership of core activities and propose action plans when performance targets are not met 
  • Develop SOPs for different inbound and outbound tasks 
  • Perform any other related tasks 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written 
  • Collaborative leadership style; team player with the ability to bring out the best in team members 
  • Willingness to take ownership of results and propose actionable improvements 
  • Resourceful and creative mindset; able to "do more with less" 
  • 4+ years of experience in a production environment (factory, fulfillment center, warehouse, etc.) 
  • Experience managing a workforce involved in manual labour or technical work is an asset 
  • Experience in process optimization is also considered an asset

  • Monday to Friday, from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
