We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Cozey Ambassador to join our team at the Ottawa Pop-Up. As a Cozey Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering the best shopping experience for our customers, maintaining sales and cleanliness standards, and supporting store operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic growing company that prioritizes customer experience and makes a significant impact on our brand’s presence in Ottawa. 

 

Our Retail Store Ambassadors report directly to the Pop-Up Supervisor and work closely with other Cozey Ambassadors to ensure the seamless operation of the new Ottawa retail space. Our Store Ambassadors are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while, maintaining store standards. 


What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Assist customers, focusing on delivering the best shopping experience for them. Capture customer data, create draft orders and hand fabric samples. 
  • Follow-up with customers who visited the store to provide an elevated experience. 
  • Ensure products are well-presented, clean and looking their best at all time. 
  • Ensure the store is ready to be opened and closed in the morning and in the evenings. 
  • Ensure the store is always clean and well-maintained. 
  • Pack and ship necessary items in the backstore, organize backstore space. 


What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry. 
  • Bilingual (French & English) proficiency preferred
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
  • Ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting items as required. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
