Your Mission

As Cozey’s Manager, IT & Security, you’ll be the internal driver of our IT and cybersecurity roadmap. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our cybersecurity consultant to turn strategy into action and leading the day-to-day execution of key initiatives across the organization. 

What you'll be doing

• Execute the cybersecurity and IT roadmap in close partnership with our cybersecurity consultant. Act as the internal lead to ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives across all departments. 
• Lead day-to-day IT operations by delivering fast and reliable technical support to all employees. Resolve hardware and software issues. 
• Drive key projects from planning to rollout, including Single Sign-On (SSO), mobile device management (MDM), and the standardization of infrastructure across all Cozey sites (distribution centers, retail locations, and offices). 
• Ensure compliance and operational readiness by implementing internal workflows that meet privacy and data protection laws (e.g. Law 25), managing audit readiness, and collaborating with stakeholders to embed security into everyday processes. 
• Run cybersecurity programs that reduce organizational risk, including regular employee training on secure practices, simulated threat scenarios, and the ongoing development of our incident response playbook. 
• Manage the full device lifecycle — from procurement and setup to compliance tracking and secure decommissioning. 
• Maintain business continuity by developing and managing backup, recovery, and contingency plans that ensure Cozey’s operations can continue under any circumstance. 
• Oversee Cozey’s core tech stack, including Microsoft 365 and related integrations. Evaluate new tools, manage implementation and configuration, and coordinate regular vendor-led security audits. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• 3+ years of experience in IT and security, ideally in a similar or fast-paced, scaling environment. 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and build scalable processes from scratch. 
• A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on — you’re just as comfortable setting direction as you are jumping into the details. 
• Experience supporting both PC and Mac environments within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. 
• Highly organized with sharp analytical skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. 
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
