Following the success of our flagship stores in Toronto and Vancouver and multiple pop-up locations across North America, Cozey is opening a new pop-up store in Chicago. This location will bring our customer-first, design-forward retail experience to life in an exciting new market. As this location will operate as a pop-up, we are looking for someone to join our team on a contract basis from April to December 2026.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Retail Ambassadors to join the Cozey team in Chicago. As a Retail Ambassador, you’ll be on the front lines of the in-store experience : welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find furniture solutions that fit their lifestyle.
Some Retail Ambassadors may also be asked to take on Key Holder responsibilities, supporting store opening and closing procedures and acting as a trusted floor lead during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, well-run space.
