The mission of the People & Culture Coordinator at Cozey


As a People & Culture Coordinator, reporting to Camille Dionne, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while supporting office operations. Your mission is to manage key HR and office-related processes, from onboarding and compliance to office logistics and engagement initiatives. You will be based in the office five days a week to maintain an engaging and well-organized workspace. 


What you'll be doing

  • Support people operations processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and employee records management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to employee inquiries and coordinating with the broader People & Culture team to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, and acting as the main point of contact for office-related issues. 
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, wellness programs, and other culture-building activities.
  • Monitor and manage office logistics, including workspace improvements, inventory management, and coordinating shipments of company devices to employees. 
  • Act as a point of support for cross-functional projects, providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution. 
  • This role will adapt based on team needs, ensuring continued support for both People & Culture and office operations.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. 
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, anticipating needs and finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Experience with HR software, such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms; familiarity with Rippling is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR processes and office operations. 
  • A passion for creating a positive employee experience, from seamless HR support to a well-maintained office environment. 
  • Previous experience in HR administration, office coordination, or a related role is an asset. 
  • The ability to work from the office five days a week, ensuring a consistent presence for employees and office operations.
