The mission of the Director of Global Brand Creative at Cozey
Reporting to Cara Schlanger, Head of Marketing & E-Commerce, the Director of Global Brand Creative will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that grow brand awareness and consideration, deliver a unified brand experience across all channels, and ensure brand and product stories are brought to life across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate has a successful track record developing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand and connect with audiences to drive business results and growth. They are adept at leading all aspects of the brand from storytelling to visuals and experiences across multiple channels translating brand aesthetics into engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with marketing leadership to design and implement integrated strategies that are on-brand and effectively reach target audiences and grow brand awareness, consideration and engagement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including the VP of Product Development to develop briefs that are on-brand, ensure strong messaging and deliver campaigns, content and assets that connect with audiences.
- Create and maintain the marketing calendar and holistic marketing communications plan to support product focuses and marketing priorities collaborating with the team across all omni-channel touchpoints including all owned, earned and paid media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize the impact of marketing efforts. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new programs into the existing brand ecosystem.
- Lead campaign, asset, and copy production that support marketing and e-commerce in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, content production and reporting.
- Lead Influencer and creator strategy and execution to drive brand awareness and support performance marketing.
- Brand collateral, retail signage and related deliverables for a strong customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Manage brand awareness tracker and brand marketing KPI reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and external agencies to amplify our brand presence and reach.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- At least 7-9 years international brand marketing strategy, creative development, planning and communications experience with home furnishings or apparel retail experience preferred
- Balanced left and right brain marketer, with exceptional problem solving, creativity and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable, strategic plans
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and engagement tactics
- Omni-channel brand marketing experience with proven track record developing and executing brand marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Extremely flexible, detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated
- Strong English and copywriting skills
- Experience with and passion for creative development and effectively briefing in and working with creative teams
- Well-versed in developing customer-driven marketing strategies based on consumer insights, competitive landscape and brand knowledge
- Has a strong aesthetic sense and ability to drive and maintain brand aesthetic
