The mission of the Manager, Brand Marketing at Cozey
We’re looking for a strategic Manager, Brand Marketing to join our Brand & Creative team, reporting to Edmund Lam, Director, Global Creative Branding. You’ll lead the rollout of key brand initiatives across all channels—shaping how we show up, connect with our audience, and build long-term brand love. This role is about turning strategy into action, collaborating across teams, and making sure everything we launch feels intentional, on-brand, and built to grow.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the development of integrated brand rollout plans across e-com, email, retail, social, and packaging—turning strategy into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and results.
- Act as the bridge between strategy and execution: making sure that every asset, activation, and touchpoint reflects the brand’s voice, values, and objectives.
- Own the brand calendar and campaign planning, building rollouts based on launch timelines and product priorities in close collaboration with the Product team.
- Brief creative and production teams with clarity and purpose—ensuring each brief sets the right direction and context.
- Review and approve content across all channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand.
- Lead creative brand activations (outside of paid), including stunts, partnerships, and other initiatives that make the brand stand out.
- Track performance of brand initiatives and share insights and recommendations to improve future efforts.
- Stay sharp on culture and market trends to uncover new opportunities and keep the brand moving forward.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand management, ideally at a well-loved, design-forward consumer brand.
- Strong strategic thinking; you know how to build a 360 brand plan and how to use each channel to tell a cohesive story.
- A sharp eye for branding and a real understanding of how strong creative drives perception, connection, and growth.
- Deep cultural awareness; you stay ahead of trends and know how to make the brand feel relevant.
- Great communicator and collaborator; you can clearly share ideas, lead briefs, and work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-moving environments; you bring focus and energy no matter what.
