We are currently looking for a Distribution Center Associate (Returns) in our new distribution centre on Alessandro Blvd in Moreno Valley, CA. In this crucial role, the worker will be responsible for inspecting, refurbishing and giving a second life to return products. What You’ll Be Doing:
Receive & register Cozey returned products upon receipt to ensure costumers are refunded in a timely manner.
Inspect & assess returned products to be refurbished and repackaged with all necessary components, within expected productivity standards.
Execute refurbishment process for applicable products, giving the opportunity to redistribute Cozey products that may have otherwise been unusable.
Participate in continuous improvement to challenge current Returns process and improve quality & efficiency.
Receive training and assist in other regular DC Clerk Core Operations (Receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory) as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in handling & inspecting returns in other retail/distribution setting, or experience in packaging / repackaging multiple items into a finished product
Ability to work physically: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures
English language is a must
Experience in a quality control environment an asset
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
High school diploma or equivalent
Eligible to work in California, USA
Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus
Preferred additional skills :
Able use Excel worksheets
What We Offer:
Base salary of 17$/hour + eligibility to 5% bonus

Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm
