What You’ll Be Doing:   

• Receive & register Cozey returned products upon receipt to ensure costumers are refunded in a timely manner. 

• Inspect & assess returned products to be refurbished and repackaged with all necessary components, within expected productivity standards. 

• Execute refurbishment process for applicable products, giving the opportunity to redistribute Cozey products that may have otherwise been unusable. 

• Participate in continuous improvement to challenge current Returns process and improve quality & efficiency. 

• Receive training and assist in other regular DC Clerk Core Operations (Receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory) as needed 

What We’re Looking For:   

• Experience in handling & inspecting returns in other retail/distribution setting, or experience in packaging / repackaging multiple items into a finished product 

• Ability to work physically: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures 

• English language is a must 

• Experience in a quality control environment an asset 

• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Eligible to work in California, USA 

• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus 

• Preferred additional skills : 

• Able use Excel worksheets

• Base salary of 17$/hour + eligibility to 5% bonus
