We are currently looking for a Distribution Center Associate in our distribution centre on 5770 Ferrier St, Mont-Royal. In this role, the worker will assist the warehouse operator to ensure the proper functioning of logistics operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, thorough, and attentive to detail. This position represents an excellent opportunity to actively participate in the development of a young Canadian start-up and the creation of a strong customer-centric culture.   

What you will be doing

• Unload containers and put merchandise on pallets.
• Help organize storage (filing, inventory, optimization).
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Receive and inspect returns.
• Prepare orders (pick up merchandise, print and label).
• Work with Warehouse Operator, Customer Happiness Managers and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
• Other related tasks.  

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• 2+ years experience in a distribution centre setting. 
• Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures. 
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as there is no public transportation to this location. 
• Experience in a quality control environment is a plus. 
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus.
