We are currently looking for a Distribution Center Associate in our new distribution centre on Alessandro Blvd in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, the worker will assist the DC Manager to ensure the proper functioning of distribution operations. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality results and take joy in showcasing your commitment, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing, etc.) are completed on time & in full 
• Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all DC activities 
• Ensure safety measures & distribution center rules are known and obeyed by all employees 
• Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met 
• Other related tasks 

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work physically: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures 
• 2+ years experience in a distribution centre setting 
• Experience in a quality control environment an asset 
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Eligible to work in California, USA 

• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus 
• Preferred additional skills : 

• Valid forklift license 
• Valid reach operator license

• Base salary of 17$/hour + eligibility to 10% bonus
