We are currently looking for a Distribution Center Associate in our distribution centre on Alessandro Blvd in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, the worker will assist the DC Manager to ensure the proper functioning of distribution operations. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality results and take joy in showcasing your commitment, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team. 
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing, etc.) are completed on time & in full.
• Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all DC activities.
• Ensure safety measures & distribution center rules are known and obeyed by all employees.
• Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met. 
• Other related tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in a distribution centre setting. 
• Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures. 
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as there is no public transportation to this location. 
• Experience in a quality control environment is a plus. 
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus. 
• A valid forklift license is an asset.
• A valid reach operator license is an asset.
