We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and charismatic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our clinical aesthetic treatments, specializing in non-surgical facial rejuvenation and skin health. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of facial anatomy, a keen eye for symmetry, and a "patient-first" mentality. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Consultation & Assessment: Conduct thorough skin analyses and facial mapping to develop customized treatment plans that align with patient goals. 
  • Injectable Treatments: Expertly administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) to achieve natural, refreshed results. 
  • Advanced Procedures: Perform or oversee treatments such as MICRONEEDLING (RF and traditional), chemical peels, and laser therapies (IPL, Hair Removal, Resurfacing). 
  • Patient Safety: Maintain rigorous charting and HIPAA compliance; manage and mitigate any adverse reactions or complications. 
  • Retention & Education: Educate patients on long-term skin health and recommend medical-grade skincare regimens to enhance procedural outcomes. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Indiana and Kentucky (preferred). 
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (highly preferred).
  • Anatomy Expertise: Mastery of facial musculature and vascular structures to ensure safe injection techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional "bedside manner" with the ability to build rapport and manage patient expectations realistically.

Work Schedule

Tuesday - Friday (8AM-5PM) OR (9AM-6PM)

Saturday - 9AM-2PM
