About the Role 
Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Corporate Communications Project Manager to support the execution of our corporate communications strategy. This role will be instrumental in bringing our roadmap to life, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, and supporting executive visibility at key industry events. 

You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Communications, VP Partnerships and the broader marketing team to implement and maintain strategic communications initiatives and ensure alignment with CPP’s brand identity across all external touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Execute the corporate communications roadmap as defined by the leadership team 
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases across the CPP clinic network 
• Coordinate logistics for executive speaking engagements, including conference panels and external interviews 
• Lead planning and execution of CPP’s conference presence—owning everything from booth build-outs to on-site logistics 
• Maintain the corporate marketing calendar and proactively communicate key milestones and deliverables across teams 
• Work with the corporate marketing and communications team to ensure messaging, timing, and creative execution are consistently aligned 
• Collaborate closely with our VP of Partnerships and his team on all aspects related to conference planning and executive engagements 

What We’re Looking For 

• 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, events, or project coordination 
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills 
• Strong writing and editing abilities 
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision 
• A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail 
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or a multi-location network is a plus
