Bucky Plastic Surgery, a valued partner of CPP, is seeking a Practice Coordinator to join their state-of-the-art aesthetic practice in Rittenhouse Square, PA.

Position Summary:


As a Practice Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience. This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with sales, client relations, and the ability to identify and communicate cross-selling opportunities. We’re looking for someone with a professional demeanor, a strong sales and customer service background, and a passion for helping patients explore the full range of services we offer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Service & Reception:
    • Warmly greet and assist patients, providing a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
    • Manage client check-ins, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls.
    • Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and waiting area.
    • Describe and coordinate services for patients
  1. Sales & Cross-Selling:
    • Actively promote services, packages, and memberships to patients to enhance their overall experience and increase sales.
    • Cross-sell and upsell body treatments and products based on patients' needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
    • Meet or exceed individual sales targets by building strong client relationships and understanding treatment benefits.
  1. Client Education & Engagement:
    • Educate patients on the benefits, features, and options of our advanced body treatments and wellness services.
    • Assist in the development of client loyalty and engagement initiatives, including special promotions, membership programs, and post-treatment care.
    • Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  1. Administrative Duties:
    • Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and handle inquiries in person and over the phone.
    • Coordinate with the clinical team to manage scheduling and ensure timely service.
    • Assist with inventory and manage stock levels of products available for retail. 


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a med spa, beauty, or wellness setting preferred.
  • Strong sales background, ideally with cross-selling or upselling experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software is a plus
