AesthetiCare Medspa STL (previously, The Lifestyle Center) is St. Louis’ Premiere Medical Spa and Body Sculpting Center located behind Le Chateau Village in the Frontenac area. The Certified Laser Specialist performs non-invasive laser treatments for aesthetic and dermatological purposes. This role involves providing high-quality care to clients seeking treatments such as laser hair removal, skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, tattoo removal, and other cosmetic procedures. The specialist ensures the safe and effective use of laser technology, maintains equipment, and delivers excellent customer service to promote patient satisfaction and trust.

Responsibilities:

·       Conduct client consultations to assess skin type, treatment goals, and medical history.

·       Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expectations of laser procedures.

·       Develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs.

·       Perform a variety of laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, vascular reduction, and pigmentation correction.

·       Operate and maintain laser equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.

·       Monitor and adjust laser settings during procedures to ensure optimal results and client comfort.

·       Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the use of protective eyewear and proper handling of laser devices.

·       Maintain a sterile and clean treatment environment, following infection control standards.

·       Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

·       Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure a positive experience.

·       Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately in client records.

·       Regularly inspect and maintain laser devices to ensure optimal performance and safety.

·       Manage inventory of supplies, such as goggles, gel, and cleaning materials.

·       Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and aesthetic treatments through continuing education and training.

·       Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with team members to enhance clinic operations.

Qualification:

·       Aesthetician License in the state of Missouri.

·       Hands-on training and experience in laser technology for aesthetic procedures (BBL, HALO)

·       Knowledge of skin anatomy, laser physics, and various treatment modalities.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

·       CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
