Established in 2016, Blush Aesthetics brings nearly a decade of clinical experience to the Toledo community and beyond. Our founder serves as a National Sciton Trainer, educating other providers across the country on advanced laser technology and treatment protocols.

Supported by a team of 20+ licensed nurse practitioners and registered nurses, Blush combines medical oversight, ongoing professional training, and industry-leading technology to deliver safe, customized, and results-focused aesthetic care.




About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused professional to oversee daily office operations while supporting business growth and community engagement. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, enforce office systems and procedures, and hold team members accountable to established workflows and performance expectations. You will play a key role in optimizing internal processes, supporting leadership initiatives, and maintaining a high standard of organization across all aspects of the office.

Beyond operations, this role also contributes to business development and marketing efforts. You will help plan and execute in-office events, support promotional campaigns, and build meaningful relationships with local businesses and the broader community. By identifying partnership opportunities and supporting patient growth initiatives, you will directly contribute to increased brand awareness, patient acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures for both staff and patients
  • Hold team members accountable to internal systems, expectations, and workflows
  • Manage administrative tasks such as product inventory, communication, reporting, new staff onboarding, and office organization
  • Support leadership in improving systems, processes, and overall office performance
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for both patients and team members
  • Plan, organize, and execute in-office events, promotions, and launches
  • Build and maintain relationships with other local businesses to create B2B partnerships
  • Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and collaborative marketing initiatives
  • Represent the business at community events and networking opportunities
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive new patient growth
  • Foster relationships within the local community to strengthen brand awareness
  • Identify opportunities for sponsorships, collaborations, and community involvement
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals through organization and accountability
  • Help implement systems that improve patient conversion and retention
  • Assist with promotion rollouts and tracking marketing campaign performance

Qualifications:

·       Decisive with an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective.

·       Superior interpersonal and communications skills.

·       Communicate effectively and professionally in both oral and written form.

·       Operational experience with an emphasis on cost control and effectiveness.

·       Dedication to high-quality patient care.

·       Computer savvy with experience in patient scheduling, Microsoft Office, (CRM and electronic health record desired).

·       Strong problem-solving skills. Thinking strategically as well as tactically while being able to get creative and think outside of the box.

·       Experience working with marketing to achieve revenue growth and to take advantage of new opportunities to grow the practice.

·       Understanding of regulations and standards pertaining to quality assurance and patient care.

·       Well organized with attention to detail.

·       Excellent leadership, coaching, people management, and team development skills; “leads by example”.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects to promote the practice.

·       Work cohesively with CPP leadership and clinic owner to achieve initiatives related to overall clinic success.
