The Director of IT will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of CPP’s technology ecosystem across corporate and clinic operations. This role ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that support exceptional patient experience, provider efficiency, and multi-site growth. The Director of IT will partner closely with clinical, operations, finance, and people teams to align technology priorities with business objectives, while maintaining strong governance, security, and service delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap aligned with the company's business strategy.
- Oversee and support IT operations across more than 40 locations, including infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, networks, and system development. (We expect someone who can roll up their sleeves and dig in)
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
- Lead IT projects to meet business requirements, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and implement IT policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.
- Expertly manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications and services, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Supervise and develop the IT team, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including multi-site or healthcare-adjacent environments.
- 3+ years in people leadership with demonstrated success scaling IT operations.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, identity/access management, endpoint management, and IT governance.
- Experience supporting EMR/EHR platforms, clinic-based systems, and HIPAA-aligned technology practices preferred.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project/program leadership skills.
