The Role:

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Senior Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program, delivering the highest quality client experience, centered around hospitality and operations. They are the main point of contact on the ground for our client, and are focused on - and have the agency to deliver - the best client experience. 

They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; owning product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.  Crafty is looking for a Sr. Associate whose responsibilities will include:

  • Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by maintaining client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms

  • Customer Service: Engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service 

  • Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)

  • Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork 

This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports one of our New York City clients Monday through Friday by meeting the skill-based qualifications below:

Expected Results:


Objective: Deliver Crafty quality client experience by providing top tier operations on site; ensuring all client sites meet and exceed their goals. 


Goal: Assist in meeting client retention goal of 95% annually (for at least 6 consecutive months, regardless of which client site you are located at) by completing these initiatives:

  • Initiative #1: Client relationship support - As a point of contact, build strong rapport with the client site owner and have no escalations on an annual basis 

  • Initiative #2: Site Ownership: Complete daily task lists with an average of 95% shift success week over week as measured via Tableau on a monthly basis.

  • Initiative #3: Communication: Create open, transparent lines of client communication through: 

    • Owning the in-person client contact meeting at least once a month (or frequency based on client needs)

    • Responding to all client emails within 24 hours

    • Responding to all client slack messages within 24 hours

    • Sending informative weekly updates and monthly snapshots every Friday for 9 consecutive months 

  • Initiative #4: Special Projects: Using platform analytics, enhance client site through at least 1 special project per month (It can either be 1 product swap, 1 snack of the month, or 1 special client event)

Our compensation amount for this role is $28 an hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
