This role works directly from our New Jersey Fulfillment center five days a week in person and will report directly to the Region’s General Manager.

The Role:

Crafty is seeking a driven Supply Chain Specialist whose key responsibilities include handling new product requests, project management of product swaps, vendor communications, and working closely with Operations to create, maintain and streamline the product set. You will manage multiple projects efficiently, identify process improvements, and ensure high client satisfaction. Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in merchandising or procurement function, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • Familiarity with leveraging data tools like Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms for decision-making
  • Proven track record of managing a product mix and assortment for a leading food and beverage brand or distributor.

Role Goals:

  • Goal #1: Once fully trained, you will achieve a 96% average fill rate in the market measured by the internal fulfillment performance Tableau report.
  • Goal #2: Execute all client product swaps and meet client SLA’s. 90% product swap execution.
  • Goal #3: Support Market wide profitability goal by focusing on products with better margins, identifying cost savings and leveraging volume discounts.

Our compensation amount for this role is targeted at $66,000 to $80,000 annually in New Jersey. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
