Business Development Executive – HVAC & Plumbing Services
Location: Full-Time | On-Site with Local Travel

Are you a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and take the lead in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business for our HVAC and plumbing services.

This high-impact role focuses on growing our client base through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and delivering customized solutions that meet the needs of commercial and industrial customers.

What You’ll Do:

Drive New Business

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and in-person meetings
  • Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and follow through to closing
  • Conduct presentations and develop proposals tailored to client needs

Deliver Results

  • Close new contracts for HVAC service agreements, preventative maintenance, project work, and plumbing services
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Meet or exceed KPIs and sales goals (lead generation, conversion rates, revenue targets, etc.)

Build Relationships

  • Establish trust with facility managers, property managers, GCs, and business owners
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
  • Educate prospective clients on the benefits of our services and develop long-term partnerships

Stay Strategic

  • Conduct market research and monitor trends to identify new opportunities
  • Track all sales activities using our CRM system (PipeDrive)
  • Provide regular updates on your pipeline, revenue forecasts, and KPI performance

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in HVAC/R, plumbing, mechanical services, or facility management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, financial reporting, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent experience in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Arizona
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems
  • Experience negotiating service agreements and managing contracts
  • Ability to read blueprints or review mechanical systems

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to conduct site visits, including rooftop inspections and working in various environments
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
