Youtube Publishing Assistant

Job Summary

Create Music Group is looking for a knowledgeable, organized, team-oriented assistant to join our Digital Rights team and assist the Senior Publishing Specialist with Youtube publishing claims as well as various administrative tasks as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client lists
  • Assist in upkeep of client catalogs
  • Facilitate account creations 
  • Collaborate on publishing requests from external teams
  • Support client onboarding conflicts
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications 

  • Familiar with and passionate about hip hop music, culture, and content.
  • Well-versed in content monetization and music publishing basics.
  • Motivated towards a career in the music/entertainment industry, preferably with relevant internship or work experience.
  • Communication skills, and the ability to manage time wisely while overseeing more than one task at a time.
  • Must be proficient with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.

Pay Scale

  • $18.47 - $20.00/ per hour 
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
