Job Summary
The Business & Legal Affairs Coordinator supports the Business & Legal Affairs function through contract administration, deal coordination, and cross-functional operational support. Reporting to the Head of Business & Legal Affairs, this role plays a key part in enabling deal flow by managing the administrative and coordination work required to move artist agreements, catalogue licenses, and related legal processes forward efficiently and accurately.
This role sits within the Operations team and works closely with Business & Legal Affairs, Commercial, Digital Operations, and the A&R team to ensure releases are contracted, configured, and delivered smoothly. It is well-suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in music business affairs, rights, and/or operations. This role will gain progressive exposure to artist deal negotiations, licensing structures, and commercial decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience at one of the most influential independent labels in electronic music and build foundational knowledge across Business & Legal Affairs, Digital Operations, and Commercial workflows.
This position is a fixed-term contract through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role contingent on business needs.
