We are seeking a Part Time Inventory Clerk to handle inventory, receiving, and reconciling purchase orders. This is an onsite position located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels of goods and raw materials 
• Performing cycle counts daily
• Reconcile PO with Procurement prior to purchasing 
• Update inventory management system with timely and valid information when necessary
• Work in conjunction with Purchasing and Logistics to assess product quantity, quality, and viability for projects.
• Communicate with other departments regarding orders, vendors, products, deliveries, etc.
• Helping to receive inbound deliveries
• Sorting deliveries and taking them to each department area
• Adjusting out-of-stock or product changes through the inventory management system
• Management of all outstanding purchase orders
• Maintenance and upkeep of automated systems involving inventory management
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Fork-lift certification or willingness to become certified

• Must have the ability to multitask, you will never be lacking in things to do
• Ability to organize in both a physical and mental capacity

Qualification Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Work
• Past experience with Inventory Management software such as; Fishbowl or something similar
• Minimum of 1 year of inventory management experience 
• Associates degree preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

• Max 30 hours/Week
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Flexible Schedule)
• Part Time, Non-Exempt
• Salary: $18.00 - $21.00  per hour based on experience
