Summary Job Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries for the general ledger
- Prepare supporting workbooks and schedules for month-end financial close
- Assist with preparation and analysis of subsidiary monthly financial statements, including MoM and BvA variances
- Provide reporting to internal team members
- Manage vendors and invoices within AP Platform (Airbase)
- Assist with implementation and management of new procurement tool
- Manage vendor onboarding process
- Code all new invoices to the correct account and help manage approval process
- Manage company credit card platforms (Divvy/Rippling) and review transaction activity to confirm proper G/L and department coding
- Manage T&E policy and employee expense report review
- Manage A/P email address to route invoices and respond to all vendor inquiries
- Manage generation, review, and filing of 1099s
- Assist Accounts Receivable with customer billing matters, if needed
- Various other projects to help support the business
Required Skills (systems, tools, etc):
- Netsuite
- MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Collaborative tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom & Trello

Education and Prior Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounting/Public Accounting role (Big 4 with SAAS clients preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA (required)
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and Financial Statements
- ASC606 / M&A experience (preferred)
- Ability to learn and manage multiple accounting and finance software platforms
