The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and highly organised Content & Campaign Manager to be the engine of our marketing team. Your mission is to own the entire content lifecycle, from brainstorming big ideas to executing flawless multi-channel campaigns.
You will be instrumental in scaling our thought leadership, fueling our demand generation engine, and empowering our sales team. This is a vital role where you will directly see your work build our brand, drive pipeline, and shape our conversations with the market. What you'll be doing
- Crafting high-impact content: You'll be the driving force behind our flagship assets. This means leading the end-to-end creation of insightful white papers, engaging thought leadership articles, practical Lunch & Learn presentations, compelling case studies, and sharp, "They Ask, You Answer" style content that truly helps our audience.
- Amplifying our message: You won't just create content; you'll give it life. You'll expertly repurpose core assets into a rich variety of formats, including insightful blog posts, eye-catching LinkedIn carousels, short-form videos, and powerful social media copy that stops the scroll.
- Running the marketing calendar: You will own our quarterly marketing program. From securing strategic sign-off to managing every deliverable in Trello, you'll be the central point of coordination, ensuring our campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Managing our creative network: You will write crystal-clear briefs for freelance writers, designers, and agencies. You'll be the guardian of quality, providing constructive feedback, managing timelines, and ensuring our asset libraries are properly organised.
- Measuring what matters: In partnership with our Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you'll help track the performance of your content, contribute to ROI dashboards, and participate in monthly retrospectives to ensure we are always learning and refining our strategy.
What you'll bring to the team
- Proven B2B content expertise: You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce high-quality, engaging work.
- Skilled campaign management: A natural organiser, you confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with tools like Trello, Asana, or similar is essential.
- Strong conversion copywriting: As a gifted writer, you know how to connect with an audience. You excel at crafting compelling narratives and calls-to-action that grab attention and inspire people to engage with our brand.
- Hands-on creative production: You are comfortable using tools to bring ideas to life, including WordPress, Canva, Adobe Express, and video creation platforms like Biteable or Vimeo.
- Excels at collaborative teamwork: You excel at working with cross-functional teams (especially Sales and Product) and are skilled in managing external vendors and creative partners to achieve the best results.
It's a bonus if you have
- Experience creating sales enablement materials
- Familiarity with mapping content to a buyer's journey.
- Exposure to creating content for events.
- Video scripting or editing capabilities.
